Delivery options:

Opulent lenses lenses offer’s its customers a variety of shipping options. For our domestic customers within Australia we offer:

  • Express shipping for a flat rate of $12. Orders must be placed before 1 pm AET.

For our international customers we have two shipping options you may choose from:

  • DHL international express shipping for a rate which will be calculated based on which country you are located in.
  • Standard international shipping for a flat rate of $15.

Estimated delivery times:

Express Shipping:

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. The average delivery time with express mail is:

  • Australia Post Express Shipping: allow up to 2 business days if you are in the AUSPOST express vicinity, if you are outside of the express post vicinity, delivery could take anywhere between 3-5 business days. Parcels will be placed in the customer’s mailbox
  • International Express Shipping: 3-4 business days depending on which country you are located in. Door to door delivery service.

International standard shipping times:

  • USA: 7-15 business days
  • Europe: 8-15business days
  • Asia: 10-15 business days
  • Middle East &  UAE: 15-30 business days
  • Other Countries: 7-30 business day

All parcels are placed in the customer’s mail box when delivered. Please ensure you check your junk mail in case tracking information which is emailed to you has gone there instead of your inbox.

Important information:
Please note we have a 48hour processing time once an order has been received. The above shipping times are estimations only and we can not give a guaranteed time frame as once an order is shipped it is purely dependent on the destination country’s handling time and customs clearance.  You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped via email which will provide you with your tracking ID and a link to track and monitor the status of your order. If you do not receive an email with your tracking information in your inbox, then please check your junk mail as it may have gone there instead.

  • International customers will receive an email from DHL with their tracking information. (Please check your junk mail if it is not in your inbox)
  • Australian customers will receive an email from AUSPOST with their  tracking information. (Please check your junk mail if it is not in your inbox)
  • DHL international Express customers will receive SMS notifications and email notifications from DHL.

For customers who choose standard international shipping, if you do have any concerns regarding the where about’s of your item, please firstly use your tracking number and contact your local postal service as once an item is shipped and it has reached your country then it is the responsibility of your countries local postal service to deliver your item. If you still require assistance, please email us with your full name and order number so we can assist you further on  support@opulentlenses.com

  • International standard customers will have their item delivered by their countries local postal service and the parcel will be placed in the customer’s mailbox

IMPORTANT INFORMATION OMAN,UAE, SAUDI ARABIA & QATAR CUSTOMERS:

Please make sure you enter a PO BOX as your mailing address on checkout otherwise your parcel will not be delivered. This is due to your local postal service ability to deliver. PO BOXES only will be accepted as mailing addresses. 

Please note it is entirely the customer’s responsibility to keep track of their parcel and to provide Opulent Lenses with the correct shipping information.
